Part shortage due to strike, Overall a happy experience So they did a good job under the circumstances. Due to the parts shortage it was 5 weeks from the diagnostic visit to the actual repair. Did have an issue at drop off, they always try to up sell you another service and what should be a 10-15 minute drop off turns into 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. So they need to be more conscious of their customer's time. More
Missed My Appt due to work but they got me in! I'm a UPS driver and I had to work Saturday. I was told it would only be 3 hours but it ended up being around 7 hours. Purchase online out of state - VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER I purchased a used 2018 Cadillac Escalade online from Jim Butler. My sales guy was Eric Ruchala. I have never made a car purchase before site unseen I purchased a used 2018 Cadillac Escalade online from Jim Butler. My sales guy was Eric Ruchala. I have never made a car purchase before site unseen and with out a test drive. Eric did a great job of looking the Cadillac over and sending me pictures of any small detail items. The financing was overnight-ed to me and made very easy. It was actually better than doing it in person at the dealership. The transportation of the Cadillac was around 600 miles and delivered right to my driveway. What an awesome experience! More

Bad service The service manager and mechanic tried to fix my vehicle by swapping out parts that were not necessary. They were wasting time and money! My money. So The service manager and mechanic tried to fix my vehicle by swapping out parts that were not necessary. They were wasting time and money! My money. So I declined further action. They wanted to pull the head off the engine to waste more time & more of my money. I ended up taking my truck home and do more research on my own & found the real problem. It was a clogged catalytic converter on the left bank side! The side which had the issue. It was not the direction the mechanic was going. He should have looked at that first. Glad I stopped them. OMG 😳 More
