Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Mark. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package and for your vehicle being blocked in. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Michael. We understand your frustration with the process of attempting to repair your vehicle. We were able to check the codes that your vehicle was throwing from the Check Engine Light (CEL) and it indicated that the sensor that we replaced had failed. This was the first step in fixing the causes of the problems that your vehicle was experiencing. While this may not have immediately fixed the problems, that doesn't mean that the repair wasn't needed. The electronic sensor that we replaced is specifically coded to your vehicle and is no longer operational once it is removed. So even if the sensor didn't need to be replaced (it did), putting it back in wouldn't have been an option. We did recommend the removal of the cylinder head bank 1 to see if the head gaskets that you had recently had replaced elsewhere were the cause, but you declined for us to perform that work. We do hope you are able to get the problem fixed, even if it isn't with us. Safe travels.
