We even advocated for you to GM and got you assistance for the replacement/repair of your transmission where they would cover about 40% of the cost. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, James. We're glad we were able to get you in and out in an hour and 40 minutes. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.
