Amazing Experience we called Brian Steinlage to see if he had the truck we wanted with the package and color we wanted, we were elated when he called back to tell us yes we called Brian Steinlage to see if he had the truck we wanted with the package and color we wanted, we were elated when he called back to tell us yes he has it and will get it to his dealership. We test drove the same vehicle to make sure it was what we wanted and was in love. We then went to Chris Brinley in financing and he was able to get us the rate and payment we wanted. Totally Unsatisfied I made an appointment for 1 p.m. on Friday November 29th. I went around the lot looking at vehicles while I waited and at 2 p.m. I saw my truck still I made an appointment for 1 p.m. on Friday November 29th. I told him that it would have been good to be told that when I arrived. His response was that he told me it would be about 90 minutes, he never told me that. This was only the second going but I will be taking my truck elsewhere to another dealer. More

Great service, Did what they said they would I went to Jim Butler for two reasons. One, the local dealership could not help me and I had bought from them before. They are not close to where I live but when they say they are gonna do something, they do. I was skeptical that I would leave the lot with the new car I wanted. Brian worked with me and got me exactly what I needed. He was very attentive (knowing that the car buying process can take time) and he always checked up on me.
