Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Rick. We understand that it can be frustrating to take time out of your day to get repairs done on your vehicle. With regard to the brake issues that you were experiencing, we did not say that there was nothing wrong with your brakes on your last visit. We said that we could not get the problem to act up in the short time that we had your vehicle, so we were unable to diagnose a problem without more time, which could cost more money if the problem was not under warranty. This further diagnostic was declined. We're glad the recall came out so we could have an exact problem to fix that was approved by GM at no cost to you. The results of your oil change that you had are detailed in your Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection that was emailed to you. If there were any outstanding problems that needed to be addressed, we would have told you immediately. There were not any problems, which is why it was not gone over with you in detail. If you would like to go over it further, please feel free to reach out to Theresa in our Customer Relations Department. We understand that your time is valuable and, as a gesture of good faith, we will give you a free oil change on your next visit.
