Purchase of CPO 2017 Malibu turbo From the moment I exited my Monte Carlo I was approached by friendly salesperson and introduced to Benny. From that moment on I was offered very fine From the moment I exited my Monte Carlo I was approached by friendly salesperson and introduced to Benny. From that moment on I was offered very fine service. Benny listened to my interests in a preowned Chevrolet, he offered a couple of test drives , one in the Impala and another in the Malibu. I had thought I wanted to purchase an Impala and then he had the Malibu for the 2d test drive. Well, the Malibu won out and got to come home with me Benny again listened to my comparative list of pros and cons on the vehicles and helped me with each step on the purchase. He introduced me to Stacy, in the financial office. Benny brought me the trade-in for Monte Carlo, and made sure the Malibu was prepped to go home. He patiently introduced me to all the tech in the Malibu and helped with the unloading of the Monte Carlo's contents. All the sales personnel were cheerful and greeted each prospective customer. I have been lucky all these years with my Monte and Jim Butler dealership. Thank you all! More

Car price was as shown on the internet with no "extra" costs popping up at the last minute. The sales consultant knew how to use the Jim Butler computer system and made the buying process very fast (less than 30 minutes), which is the fastest I have ever experienced - and I have purchased/leased many cars. Overall I have to say that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had and I will return to Jim Butler the next time I need a new car. More

My radiator was bone dry. And since I have only take my care to you guys and bought the car from you and have no leaking this means that every time I've taken it to you you have not toped off the fluids. at this point I can't be sure you've changed the oil. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. More

The man that checked me in was grumpy and acted like he could care less about me or my car. Made me feel like I was just another dumb customer he had to deal with. Quoted me 90 minutes for an oil change. It ended up taking 3 hours. I’m not upset at all about the wait time. I understand a service department is busy. But not once did anyone check in with me to apologize or explain why it was taking so long. They just let me sit there and wait. Then a younger guy called my name when the job was finished. He said the cashier will check me out. I had to ask if everything looked good on my maintenance check. He said yea everything looks fine as he walked away. He wouldn’t even take 10 seconds to stop and talk to me. He just walks away as he gives me a half answer when I asked about my car. I spent 55k on that Camaro. It’s my baby. I treat it better than I do my own family and these guys just made me feel like it was an inconvenience that they had to work on my car. I just don’t understand. I’m not asking for anyone to kiss my butt, but taking a few minutes to answer my questions and at least act like you care would’ve been nice. The cashier was just as rude. Very unfriendly. Didn’t say hello or anything. Just rushed through my paperwork and sent me on my way like I was just another inconvenient customer she had to deal with. This was my free oil change and check that came with the new car. Maybe this is just the customer service you get with a freebie. I live in st Charles and found the Camaro I wanted on your website. I drove 30 minutes to your establishment. When I bought the car the experience was fantastic. And when I had to have my top replaced because of an issue with my back window the experience was just as good. Friendly, curtious, and they seemed happy to have my business. But this last appointment in your service department was horrible. Everyone was just so rude and unfriendly. I will try and find a Chevy dealership closer to home to service my car in the future. Why would I drive that far just to be treated like that!? The girl that greeted me and checked my car when I first pulled in was top notch. Super friendly and showed she actually cared. But everyone else was terrible. I never said a word and I didn’t complain at all. Maybe in the future if an appointment is going to take double the amount of time that you quoted, maybe you take the time to touch base with the customer and let them know what’s going on. And maybe act like you actually care that they are a customer in your establishment. I understand people have bad days and things get busy but there was no reason for the way those employees made me feel. Just another stinking customer they were forced to deal with. More

Didn’t get my car back until 1:20. Only reason I went was because it was free. No more. I’ll gladly pay to go anywhere else. More
