My comments about the parts department arent quite as nice. I was in the dealership last week and asked for some touchup paint as I found a small spot that needed to be fixed. The gentleman in the parts department was very professional and told m e that they didnt have the color I needed and he would have to order it.....in addition, he said when it came in there would be no charge since the car was so new and I bought it there. When the paint arrived and i went to pick it up, i was told it was 24.99.....I explained to him that I was told it would be free, he said he knew nothing about that, so needless to say, i ended up paying the 24.99......the parts department handled this very poorly in my opinion. More

Except the girl who makes appointments. When I called to make my appointment, didn't have the parts in, called when parts in to make appointment. The girl who did the above was very short and rude. Once arrived everyone was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. When I was there I pretty sure the girl who makes the appointments was there. She had a smirk on her face and saw her answering the phone. Cussing after hanging up and complaining about the person on the phone within ear shot of me, while paperwork being filled out with a someone extremely nice. She needs a little education on how to act. Thank-you and yes I will recommend you, because work was great. More

It was not very pleasant for me. I had less than 100 miles on my vehicle and my dash lit up like Christmas. Good thing I was at the dealership. I was taken care of but the one thing I didn't like was getting 2 different stories about the condition and progress of my truck. Also I did not like being told to pay $38 for a 1/4 of a tank of gas on the loaner truck I was lent while my 2019 truck had to be serviced for a bad brake module. I filled my truck up at a 1/2 tank for $24. You might want to buy your gas from someone else. I felt completely insulted. My only compensation for my complete inconvenience was a coupon for a free car wash. SMH More
