When doing repairs at the dealership, we are required to follow the specific repair instructions set forth by GM because we are GM Certified. Replacing the velcro strips is the designated repair for the failure of the original velcro strips. We are happy to try again if you would like us to do so! We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way, Ms. Boelling. Upon looking in to your records, we did notice that the person who sold the truck in 2015 no longer works with the company. We're sorry you had a bad experience with him, but that is likely why he is no longer with our company. It looks like when you first expressed interest in getting out of your lease, you still had 9 months left on the contract. While we understand wanting to get in to a different vehicle, the charges to get out of a lease that early can be quite substantial. Doing so would have likely put you in a worse position than waiting until closer to the end of your lease. We're sorry to hear about the quote problems that you experienced with service. It appears that your name is correct in all of our systems at the dealership now. This may mean that the emails, while they appear to come from us, may actually be from a 3rd party or GM.
