Went in the next day to test drive and Brian made the process quick and easy, Sale price listed online was what it was, no haggling for hours over rebate qualifications etc... If the truck I wanted had been on the lot the whole process would have been completed in maybe 3 hours. More

I don't care much for the suggestive service sales tactics, but I guess you get that no matter where you get service. Staff was friendly and polite. The one thing I didn't care for was that that Kim from service called and left 3 messages on my machine the next day asking if the repair man had left a programming tool in my truck. One message would have been plenty. Turns out it wasn't in my truck anyway, so a bit annoying. Over all, I was satisfied. More

Overbooked I went in for an oil change and spent 2 and a half hours in the lobby. Most of the time, no one was moving, seats just continued to pile up. I appreci I went in for an oil change and spent 2 and a half hours in the lobby. Most of the time, no one was moving, seats just continued to pile up. I appreciated that I was able to get in on short notice for an oil change, but they were clearly overbooked and I would’ve rather waited another week than to sit there in a lobby for a great chunk of my afternoon off work. Then as I was leaving, no one was there to greet me with my keys to make sure I got out of there in a timely manner. I had to track someone down after walking outside and realizing my keys were not in my car. The buying experience with Jim Butler was a great experience and both cars I bought from there with Casey Burns and Tyler Sparks were easy and stress free, but the service experience was less than I would’ve hoped for. Although the experience was not great, Kim was a delight to work with and I appreciated her time and her friendliness towards me. More

Oil change Provided expected oil change service. Asked for cost estimate to replace third brake light seal that was leaking. Gave me estimate. I asked if it was Provided expected oil change service. I replied that it should be since the vehicle was only 5 years old and there was nothing that I caused to make it leak. Mike then called the warranty company and asked again if it would be covered and found out if would be covered. Was very pleased More
