Super Fast Service! I just moved back to the area and went in for 3 recalls that I had just not taken the time to take care of. I thought they would have my car for a we I just moved back to the area and went in for 3 recalls that I had just not taken the time to take care of. I thought they would have my car for a week, but it only took one day. From the time I called in to speak with Heather (who was super helpful) to the time I picked up my car- they were all fast, friendly and courteous! Greg was great to work with and I appreciate his friendly attitude and kindness! I will definitely use Jim Butler Chevy for oil changes now and other service needs. Thanks guys! Robbery! If you feel like getting taken advantage of and paying way more than you would have to at other dealerships then go to Jim butler Chevrolet. They wanted to charge me $100 more for a part then 3 other dealerships. Also wanted $230 for the install of a part that I installed in 15 minutes. Ridiculous! We will never buy here again. Get ripped off at Butler. More
