completely satisfied!! I shopped around at multiple dealerships not only did Jim Butler get me the best deal they got me in to a car that I didn't think was achievable!! I had been looking for a 2019 Satin Steel Traverse during the Chevy Employee Price Program and it was (5) days till promotion ended and I still couldn I had been looking for a 2019 Satin Steel Traverse during the Chevy Employee Price Program and it was (5) days till promotion ended and I still couldn’t find one within driving range. John at Jim Butler helped me find one and ready for delivery on 1/2. John was friendly, persistent on making sure I got all the options I wanted, offered me a great price, was flexible With my schedule to complete paperwork and pickup.
