Thank you for your feedback, Jerry! We're glad to hear that your experience with us was almost perfect! With vehicles that are pre-owned, the other key may have been lost by a previous owner. We are more than happy to ask your salesperson to see if there is any possible way we can find the key or otherwise be of assistance with this matter. There are also extended warranties available to replace the key fob you do have in the event that it would be misplaced. We hope this helps!
