Excellent I woke up and decided I was tired of mini vans and black vehicles. I had excellent customer service for repairs done on my old car so I decided to giv I woke up and decided I was tired of mini vans and black vehicles. I had excellent customer service for repairs done on my old car so I decided to give their sales a try. I went on line and pre-qualified, then went around just browsing the lot. Bill “Fuzz” Steinlage saw me and asked what I was looking for. I told I told him, “ I want don’t want a mini-van or anything black or dark colored”. I need remote start, room for 5 ( including 2 car seats) and the ability to carry something large if I needed too. He said ok, found me a nice red Arcadia with what I wanted plus more. Bob Schneider hooked me up with the best financing and I drove home in my new SUV after work the next day. This was the best, easy and friendliest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend my guys to everyone. More

Second time was the charm My truck battery wasn't holding a charge so I made a service appointment as I haven't reached the limit on my bumper to bumper warranty. I took my tru My truck battery wasn't holding a charge so I made a service appointment as I haven't reached the limit on my bumper to bumper warranty. I took my truck in after explaining what the issue was very clearly. I had also scheduled an oil change....After about three hours I was advised that my truck was good to go. I was told that I had left something on or that my charger ran the battery down. As a vehicle owner I as practice unplug and turn off all my accessories to include the done and courtesy lights so there won't be any drain on my battery. I returned home and parked my truck and got my gear ready for my fishing trip the next morning. After getting my coffee...I went out to my truck and pushed the remote start......nothing. I logged on through my Chevy app and made another appointment. The dealership called about an hour after it hit their system and asked I would bring it back in. I did..they put me in a loaner and kept my truck over night so they recheck the battery.... I got a call the following morning advising me that I could pick up my truck and the battery had been replaced under my warranty. I only rated a four out of five because of the inconvenience caused and the cancelled fishing trip. Jim Butler is my DEALERSHIP..I have purchased my last two new vehicles there and when need arises I will go back...I refer my friends and family to them and they have been satisfied. We all have off days...that one was theirs. More
