car repairs For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the car needed it.I got half way home and had to be towed back to the dealership.Last week I got my oil changed,went outside to leave and there was a big chip in the door handle.It was fixed at no charge to me.But that was 4 trips to the dealership.Every time I come there for service, I have to return.Doug Kircher was very helpful.Every one there that I talked to was very sorry about the trouble. But this is getting old.If I have this again I will take my car some where else. More

The only disappointing thing was that we had an appointment for a Wednesday, but the service department was behind and the vehicle wasn't touched until Friday. They kept us up to date on timing but it was very inconvenient to be without our vehicle for that many days. More

Not the fastest service. Shuttle driver was awesome. Waited a bit before a service advisor even spoke to me for a scheduled oil change. The guy who checked in my car wound up having to give me a lift also. He was super friendly. My service advisor was a bit short with me and not warm at all. He was fine by rhe time we were done. Considering I waited over 10 minutes for him (he was nowhere to be found) he was a bit cold. Took over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Glad I did not wait there. More

Well, the final result was disappointing. So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. I continue to find items not completed or wrapped up proper So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. This time, it was an accessory that was not tightened down and two screws in the headliner that were left in the seat and not put into their proper holes. My wife and I also looked at a Tahoe and fuzz was happy to show it to us and gave all the info we was after and wasn’t pushy. I like that in a salesman. We are torn about buying another vehicle for Jim Butler because of when we bought out 2016 2500 hd there were some things that were supposed to be taken care of but seemed to be forgotten about. More

Our trade in amount was fair and the new 2018 Colorado price was better than anywhere in central Illinois. We love the truck and would definitely go back. More
