I brought my 2020 trail boss in for the 4th time for the same issue. My tuck won’t start and goes into power save mode and he check engine light comes on. The fist time was at 400 miles! Less than 1 year later my truck won’t start again and went into power save mode with check engine light on again. 7 days later I get a phone call that all they are going to do it put in a new battery. The battery was less than a year old. Not only did they not fix the actual issue I was CHARGED for a new battery and I was charged for a rental car even though my truck sat there for 7 days before they looked at it. So now I’m on my 3rd battery with less than 40,000 miles on my truck. You would think they would try and find what the actual issue is that caused the batteries to go bad so fast but no, just kick the can down the road and band aid the problem until next time. I only buy new trucks so I don’t have to deal with these problems but this truck has a real issue and no one there seem to care and do the right thing by fixing it. All I want is my truck fixed! I currently have two Chevy’s and I will never buy another one or have it serviced the Jim Butler again. The worst experience I have ever had at a Chevy dealership. More
My key fob would not work, and I had forgotten the procedure for getting in and starting the car. A very nice woman in the service department talked me through it and scheduled an appointment to get t procedure for getting in and starting the car. As always the shop personel were very polite and knowledgeable. I wish my Silverado was living up to expectations but it's not. I spent $175 for trouble shooting an OnStar warning about the brake sy knowledgeable. I wish my Silverado was living up to expectations but it's not. Of course this is not the fault of Jim Butler. I no longer trust the safety of this vehicle. Especially when towing. Jim Butler is a top notch dealership. It's the quality of your product that's lacking. More
