Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, dropped truck off a few minutes before appointment time. Truck sat the rest of the week (4 days) without ever even being looked at. Had an issue with car purchased there - car not driveable. Called them Nov 30 - they set up “appointment” for Monday Dec 12. Unable to have car looked at the entire week of Dec 12 despite escalat driveable. Called them Nov 30 - they set up “appointment” for Monday Dec 12. After 600 in rental car fees - went and retrieved car from lot on Dec 18 to have serviced elsewhere. They have absolutely lost my business. More
