Ordered headlight under warrenty, was told 5 to 7 days. 6 weeks later I had to call to check status. They didn't follow through, they knew order didn't go through. They said they just dropped it. They contacted wrong person, the wrong person then notified me and I had to call the service department to schedule. More

I had an appointment and more than 2 hours past appointment time someone was finally able to assist. Unacceptable, my time is valuable as well. I was told 24-48 hours would be the necessary time for maintenance/repairs, but it ended up being in the shop for five days (including a weekend). I had to call Jim Butler each day to get an update on my maintenance/repairs, but it ended up being in the shop for five days (including a weekend). I had to call Jim Butler each day to get an update on my vehicle. I called the afternoon of Day 2 to make sure I could pick it up that evening and was informed my vehicle hadn't even been in the shop yet; so I had gone a day and a half without my vehicle for no reason. One of the Jim Butler team members I spoke to tried blaming the delays on supply chain issues of parts, but this was on the very same day I found out my vehicle hadn't even been looked at. It is difficult to order parts or be waiting on parts when you don't even know what parts may be needed, if any. In addition, I was initially told a rental vehicle wasn't an option with a 24-48 hour turnaround. When Jim Butler didn't meet the 24-48 hour deadline and I asked a second time for a rental vehicle, I was told GM would not compensate for a rental if the vehicle is drivable. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating visit to Jim Butler. More
