You came in to have your transmission fluid levels checked because it's slipping when you're driving. We found your fluid levels to be full, so a full diagnostic service is required; you declined service. Our records indicate that we have performed within these parameters. Our records indicate that you waited 86 minutes. Please keep in mind that these are GM certified technicians, and they are performing your oil change, your tire rotation, a multi-point vehicle inspection and topping off your fluids. Just like everything else in our economy, the price of oil is going up. But we have done our research and have found that our prices are still competitive with other dealerships in our area, including Dobbs. We hope that you have found this information helpful. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to your next visit.
