Our records indicate that we made you aware that it would be 3-5 business days to get your vehicle diagnosed. And he lived up to that expectation. From there we have to order parts and complete the repair. Our records indicate that you dropped the vehicle off on 5/26/23, we diagnosed the concern by 6/1/23, and we called to let you know the vehicle was completed on 6/7/23. In speaking with your service advisor, I learned that he was in constant contact with you during the entire process.
