Polite, and kind. But didn’t hold up to what they said. We purchased the car 5 days before we could pick it up. So that they could fix a few thing, change oil and do a But didn’t hold up to what they said. We purchased the car 5 days before we could pick it up. So that they could fix a few thing, change oil and do an alignment, was told they would make sure the brakes were good to go, oil changed and a full service. Car was never even detailed. And a week after picking up the vehicle our oil life light came on with only 15% oil life left… I have not seen any paperwork to prove they did anything. They did pay for a detailing, but again it was a pain. To have to keep going back and mess with things. More
