Unbelievably hassle free...transparent...no 'gotcha' Transparent, above-board, open and honest deal structuring (and ours needed some work). After getting old school 'gotcha' from the St Peters Kia guys in 2015, I began taking that Kia to the Butler Service Dept and was impressed--they went to bat for me on a warranty issue and were great to deal with every time--so when it came time to trade, I gave these guys a try. Nate Thomas was a pleasure to deal with, as was Joel Hauk directly, with Chris Dixon and Justin Johnson helping structure a package that worked for us. When my wife saw a small surface scratch, these guys--and the great service dept---buffed it out pronto. What a difference here. I feel sorry for those who don't give these guys a try. (Also, love the Sorento...great comfortable, smooth riding road car). More
