When asked to see 5-6 different models, Warren did not hesitate to show the cars and explain in detail the virtues of each unit at an unhurried pace. There was no attempt to upsell the customer to a more expensive model; just a concerted effort to gather sufficient information from the customer in a helpful way to determine what model and accessories fit the consumer's needs. Based on the pricing information gathered after considerable fact finding in advance of the visit to the dealership, the agreed upon sales price for the new car appeared to be fair for both the buyer and the seller. This reviewer has never been a fan of going through the rigors of buying a new car with its plethora of overly aggressive salesmen, intrusive phone calls and annoying tactics. However, the process of buying a new car at Jim Coleman Honda was a totally different experience and can only be described as pleasant, comfortable, and satisfying. The sales consultant, Warren Tsang, deserves a particularly strong commendation for his highly professional, unhurried and helpful manner all through the car buying process.
