Poor customer service and no follow up from management The service department completed an oil change on my car and messed up my drain plug. My car leaked oil for a day before I realized there was a probl The service department completed an oil change on my car and messed up my drain plug. My car leaked oil for a day before I realized there was a problem. I took my car to another repair shop and was charged to fix the issue and add synthetic oil back into my car. I contacted Jim Coleman’s service shop and provided them with a copy of the repair order from the other shop. When I asked to be reimbursed, I was told that I could get a “service credit.” Not only is that not what I asked for, but I wasn’t able to use a “service credit” to pay for the drain plug and oil replacement to the shop that fixed the issue. After waiting and calling for 2 weeks, not one Service Manager or Director has called me back (even after several messages). I reached out again today and I was told that I would need to speak with Kevin Cohen... the GM! Really.... it’s less than $90 that I’m asking for. Just give me what I am owed and you won’t have to worry about me every visiting your dealership/service shop again. More

Broken Power Door Motor on our Accessible Van We were trying to exit the van and the power door that opens to deploy the ramp would not open. We saw a cable outside the door so we drove immediat We were trying to exit the van and the power door that opens to deploy the ramp would not open. We saw a cable outside the door so we drove immediately to the dealership who told us the motor for the door was broken. My son was in his power chair inside the van and we could not get him out via the ramp. We had to drive him home and carefully help him out of the chair, .lift him down to his walker to get to his manual chair. The cost was going to be huge, but James asked if I had a warrantee. I'd forgotten, but I went home and looked for the papers and I found them. The blessing of all this was I discovered I had an extended warrantee on the van. Although they were supposed to call it in before servicing it , they got approval once it was done. I only had to pay $100 deductible. They really helped me work that out. More

Excellent Service Every Visit Every time I have had service performed at the dealership I have been treated very well. My service technician (Purvis Burke) has always asked for an Every time I have had service performed at the dealership I have been treated very well. My service technician (Purvis Burke) has always asked for any issues I may have, looked at the mileage and services performed in the past, then determined the work to be performed at this visit. When work was completed he explained what took place and that any related issues were also considered and acted upon as necessary. When any previously undiscovered problems arose Purvis and or a master technician described the issue to me before proceeding. My CRV has always performed beautifully and I believe, the service received at this dealership has contributed to the vehicle's performance. I always mention the service department to my friends when recommending the dealership for their next vehicle purchase. And, I always recommend Purvis to any other customers I meet in the dealership and friends who own Honda vehicles. More
