Excellent service visit Please hire more people like James in service. I bought a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata with the President's Club and the offered extended warranty. It h Please hire more people like James in service. I bought a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata with the President's Club and the offered extended warranty. It had 28,000 miles and was due for an oil change. I noticed the oil was a quart down after 3,000 miles. He told me, "This is something we'll keep an eye on, and if it pops up again, it's okay." He also gave me things I should do in between service visits (check the oil weekly), and reassured me about the warranty I'd purchased--"Mr. Parrish, you can use this here or at any Hyundai dealership if you experience trouble while traveling." We had to buy our car in a hurry, but Laura said on the way home today, "Okay, we bought the car at the right place." Thank you everyone at Jim Coleman. Mike More
