Positive customer service with the Acadia brought us back to Jim Ellis to trade that Acadia for a 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir. This was on a return trip when problem should have been fixed the 1st time after waiting 3 hrs. i was given a loaner car by service adviser and it was at empty service manager made things right by putting gas in car to get me started. Unless you want a headache and feel like risking getting pulled over all the time because of your expired license plate, I can't recommend this dealership. We bought a truck here over 80 DAYS ago. Since then, I've received countless emails about "GMC Rewards" and "Sale today" and other inbox-filling promos, but they never respond to the actual issues. We paid a little extra when we bought it to have them handle all of the titling/tag paperwork so we wouldn't have to mess with it. Guess what? I sent the required paperwork over 40 DAYS ago, I was told "I'll check into this as soon as I can" 15 DAYS ago... and the temporary tags EXPIRED over 35 DAYS ago. They haven't responded to *several* emails about this, and they pass the problem up to the next person then down to the other. To this day, they have still not fixed their mistake or offered a solution. I feel scammed. There are plenty of places to buy a GMC in Atlanta, I would stay away from this dealer. The low price IS NOT worth it. More

Absolutely terrible service. Once they sell you the vehicle, they're done with ya, even if the problem is their fault. Unreal. *Original Review* We knew what we wanted, knew the price we were willing to pay, and didn't want any surprises. John "Dobs" Nadobny got everything together and had it ready when we got there to buy the truck. He got it detailed, filled up, and ready to go as promised. He made the whole transaction as smooth and quick as possible. Mike Mills handled everything in a similarly professional and fast manner. Much appreciated! More
