So I did my oil change here and the price was $40 more than last time and they told me I needed $850 worth of new brake pads (and to not wait too long, otherwise I'd then need new rotors.) I took my car than last time and they told me I needed $850 worth of new brake pads (and to not wait too long, otherwise I'd then need new rotors.) I took my car to another shop and they told me I didn't need new brakes yet and that I still have half of them left. I don't think I'm going back to this dealership. More

Jorge was amazing! He helped us through the entire process. Working with our warranty company was not easy but he was so patient and kind throughout the process.
