He remembered me from a previous visit, he arranged a rental car, he called to let me know when my car was ready, he carefully explained what was done and why, he even had the car run through the car wash and waiting for me when I arrived. The dealership was pristine, the waiting room comfortable, even the coffee was good. I can't think of anything they did that they could have been done better. One other note, I purchased my car out of state not from Jim Ellis, but I felt like a part of their family. More

I use to hate going to get my car serviced in the past with other vehicles because I felt like I was being advised to do things to my car that I didn't have the money for but if I didn't do it then it wouldn't run. I don't get this from Jim Eliis. Even when they recommend other things it's not a do or die type of pitch so I don't feel overwhelmed or strongly persuaded for things. The customer service has always been great and no matter what service advisor I have gotten, they were professional and polite. It just makes the experience a good one overall and more apt to recommend this place and use for future business. More

When I arrived I was told there were several cars ahead of me even though my appointment was at 8:30 AM. It took about an hour to an hour and a half for the work to be completed. Otherwise there were no problems or issues with the service. The service at this dealership has always been good and competent. More

Poor Service I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation for 9am. I received 3 emails, 1 text, and 1 phone call reminding me of my appointment. Over 2 hours later my truck was ‘ready’. When I first checked in, I saw a small ad at the desk for certain car washes, so I chose the ‘quick wash’. I learned from the service advisor and the service department manager that it takes the Jim Ellis service department over 2 hours to change oil, rotate tires, and perform a ‘quick wash’. This type of service is unacceptable. I More
