Not a good experience Had an appt. for oil change @8:30 AM. My husband took my Enclave in for me. He was there 1 1/2 hrs. He was given no updates or anything at all about Had an appt. for oil change @8:30 AM. My husband took my Enclave in for me. He was there 1 1/2 hrs. He was given no updates or anything at all about why this was taking so long. Way too long to wait for an oil change. I guess they squirt the vehicle off because dirty water streaks were all over it. I don’t expect a wash, but just don’t make it nasty looking. He then had to go & have it washed. But I am assuming the oil was changed. Please do not contact me in any way about this. Another time this same thing happened & someone called & was very rude to me on the phone. More
