I'm located 46 miles away from the dealership and was concerned that the vehicle I'd found would sell before I could come in to see it - but Walker brought the vehicle to me, making a 92-mile round trip and even arranging a time to meet around MY schedule. I had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice - which, unlike some dealerships, Jim Ellis allowed without hesitation - and it received a glowing report. The mechanic actually said it was the best used car he'd seen come through his shop in years. Jim Ellis had already performed upcoming scheduled maintenance ahead of time, so between this and the mechanic's inspection, I was confident I was buying a reliable vehicle which wouldn't need repairs or service anytime soon. The listed price was fair and reasonable but at the high end of my budget - I intended (/dreaded) to negotiate and had a figure in mind. In the end no negotiation was necessary: they'd already reduced the price, and gave me more than any other dealer offered for my trade-in. The entire process, from looking at the car to signing the paperwork, was done outside of the dealership, local to me. It was easy and stress-free, with NONE of the pushy sales tactics and exhausting negotiation I'd experienced at other dealers. Walker then drove my trade-in to the dealership and Jasmine handled the financing. tag, and title from the office in Buford. I've now had the car over a month. It runs like a dream. The car was well-maintained by its one previous owner and it shows - it's in great condition, and even smells new although it's three years old. I love my car. I'm incredibly happy with how things worked out. Special thanks to Jasmine, who gave me excellent customer service; calmly, patiently, and professionally answering my MANY questions about the tag/registration process; and to Walker, who took that long trip and devoted a whole day to making sure I got the vehicle that was right for me. I really felt like he and the other staff and Jim Ellis cared about helping ME obtain the right vehicle for MY needs and MY budget, rather than just making a sale. 1000/10, definitely recommend. More

Semiannual Service This service visit began when my 2015 Arcadia would not start in the garage. I called the service department and spoke with Christy who told me to contact the Roadside Service area. I called the service and they sent a technician who determined the battery was the issue. He jump started the car and told me the battery showed damage on his meter. He suggested I have it checked and replaced if needed. I called the service department and once again spoke with Christy who made an appointment for me for the next day. I took the car in and was met by Tom who was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable . He listened to my request and arranged to get the work done. He arranged for a Lyft to take us to the nearby mall while the work was completed. He called and notified me when the work was completed and arranged for our return to the dealership. He explained the work that was done and provided helpful suggestions for items to consider at the next service visit. This Jim Ellis location is further from my house than the one on Peachtree but I continue to return for service because of the staff and service quality. More
