Chad explained in detail the work that needed be done and confirmed that it was covered by my extended warranty. He was able to get a courtesy vehicle approved which was helpful to me as I'm a single parent and work in Alpharetta, GA. The repairs took longer than expected pending warranty approvals and parts but Chad kept me updated throughout the process. I had a vehicle to drive so it wasn't an issue. My car was ready Friday afternoon but knowing that I have a long daily commute, he was very accommodating my allowing me to return the courtesy vehicle and pickup my car on Saturday morning. My car is running great, the AC is cooling, and I'm happy to be back in my vehicle. My 14 daughter on the other hand, wants to know why we couldn't have kept the newer model courtesy vehicle - she liked it much better, lol! Thanks Chad and Jim Ellis GMC Mall of GA for a great experience. I'm also thankful that my sales associate encouraged me to purchase an extended warranty by selling the value and peace of mind for large repairs. I'll do it again when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle! More

Best overall experience buying a car I went to Jim Ellis because they offered to buy my old car through KBB. After experiencing big disappointment at a Hyundai dealer that offered to buy I went to Jim Ellis because they offered to buy my old car through KBB. After experiencing big disappointment at a Hyundai dealer that offered to buy the vehicle as well but retracted from the offer on a silly excuse, I found that Jim Ellis not only stick to their offer but gave me no pressure to having to buy a vehicle at their dealership and the offer was good until the end of the month. We decided (me and my wife) to take a look at the Acadia, and even though we said upfront that we were not ready to buy, the sales guy treated us with respect and expended time with us explaining different options that meet our price target and features on the car. He even went for a test drive with us. So all ready to leave, the sales guy mention, what if I give you a super offer so you do the trade in and buy your new vehicle today. Well we accepted and it was a excellent experience, everybody really listened to our needs and within reason we reached a win-win deal w/o the usual pressure of I am going to bring the manager and then doing their secret talking. In point in time, everybody the sales guy, his manager, and the finance person came to LISTEN to us, what a noble concept !!
