Help!!!!! Long story short. My engine was not repairable in my other vehicle but I had a balance on my loan making it near impossible for me to replace my car. Long story short. When Jim Ellis Volvo realized they were not going to be able to get payment where I needed them due to being upside down in my previous loan, they called another Jim Ellis family member Jim Ellis Buick and together they put me in a brand new 2018 car that fits my life style. Volvo didn't hesitate to work with Buick even though the sale would go to another salesman. Fred at Buick was so confident he could help me...and he did. I went in for an oil change on my canyon and left with a Sierra 1500. They are friendly and want your business and will do what they can to help you get into that new vehicle. I always felt I could walk away and not feel pressured to buy something I ddnt want. The building is spacious and has good amount of free drinks and snacks.will do business with again. More

Finally my air is fixed! This time bringing my car in they were able to fix my air conditioner. I can't help but think that it should have been caught in the previous visit 2 This time bringing my car in they were able to fix my air conditioner. I can't help but think that it should have been caught in the previous visit 2 months ago when I had to pay for a new condenser. This was a problem with an antifreeze leak to the back cooler box. It should have been caught the first time it was in. More

Bought online from Jim Ellis So I found a Camaro at Jim Ellis. It was a specific model, color, and optioned with exactly what I was looking for. It is Important to understand that So I found a Camaro at Jim Ellis. It was a specific model, color, and optioned with exactly what I was looking for. It is Important to understand that I live in Arizona. That is 1900 miles away (1 way) When I arrived the car was exactly what they said it was, the paperwork, was ready to go. Everything they stated over the phone from across the country was exactly what is was when I got there, no discrepancies. They were upfront, accurate, honest and organized, and just a real pleasure to deal with. I told Jim Hatcher, the sales person I was dealing with, that I would consider buying my next truck from them even though it is a 3750 mile round trip from where I live. More
