My wife and I stopped in to just take a look at a new GMC Canyon but had no real intentions of buying that day. We had the pleasure of having Melvin show us the exact vehicle that we described, test drove it and fell in love with it right away. He was very knowledgeable and demonstrated all functions and accessories the truck was equipped with and made us feel comfortable about making a purchase that night! I have worked with Steve Eason and Michael Battles both times and they made the buying experience very easy. There was a small issue with the Denali Yukon we bought this last time but Jason, the GM, made sure our every desire was met. Worth the drive and will always be a Jim Ellis customer and refer friends and family here. Just to put this into prospective, this is the first review I have ever written for anything ( including Amazon and I waste a lot of money on Amazon..haha) but felt Jim Ellis and the team deserved to be praised for their work that is often above and beyond of what should be expected. We live out of state so we flew into town and Alan was right there to pick us up from the airport. Alan was very easy to work with and provided fast efficient service so we could get the paperwork completed and on the road for a 10 hour drive home. We couldn't be more please with Alan and the Jim Ellis Dealership and the beautiful car we purchased. Thanks for making buying a car a pleasure! More

Wonderful first experience I came in looking for a BMW i3 that I came across on Autotrader. I was a little skeptical since this was not a BMW dealership and wasn't sure if someo I came in looking for a BMW i3 that I came across on Autotrader. I was a little skeptical since this was not a BMW dealership and wasn't sure if someone would be able to answer all of my questions. When I was introduced to Bill, he was able to answer any question I threw at him in complete detail. Bill was even able to answer more questions that I had asked at a BMW dealership, without hesitation. I would recommend any car buyer to work with Bill since he was extremely easy to get along with and was extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Dee for the financing on the BMW, who was able to get me an amazing deal on the vehicle. An amazing experience overall since I'm now able to drive an i3 without having the headache and wallet pain of a typical dealership. More
