Above and Beyond I was wanting something specific, and to avoid contact with over eager sales people, so I did my research online by viewing current inventory at the d I was wanting something specific, and to avoid contact with over eager sales people, so I did my research online by viewing current inventory at the dealership. I saw something that I was interested in so I made a trip to the physical location to inquire. When I arrived on Valentines day, I was not confronted by a salesman and I was able to walk the lot in peace, which is unheard of. After not finding what I came to look at, I walked inside to a friendly environment and requested to speak with someone about a car I saw online. Within a matter of seconds I was approached by a man named Alan and we proceeded to discuss what I was interested in. To make a long story short, the vehicle that I was referring to was in their shop being inspected due to it being a recent trade in just a few days before. Alan brought me downstairs to the shop, where the car was on a lift, and I was afforded the opportunity to inspect the vehicle fully and speak with the mechanic on what was being done. I forgot the name of the mechanic, but he was awesome and knowledgable as well. This was beneficial in many ways and great customer service on their part so I could view the car without worrying about them "hiding" anything from me. I saw how clean of a car it was and it hadn't even gone through the detail department. I was very impressed at this point, not only because it was a great used car at a great price, but I was able to inspect it on my terms. I went to lunch with my wife, without being haggled to buy the car right that second, and I came back and bought the vehicle the next day. The salesman, Alan, was not pushy and asked all the right questions. It was a personable experience where we could talk about other hobbies and interests and I didn't just feel like another sale. The financing specialist, Dee, was courteous and knowledgable making the loan and warranty options fast and painless. Although I did not have the title readily available upon trade in, they entrusted me to bring it by when I had the opportunity, while I took possession of my new used car. Just an overall pleasant experience that will make me want to come back and do business with in the future. More
