The service department is fast when it comes to diagnosing a problem. The vehicle was looked at quickly. The staff seem to lack empathy and just wanted to make a sale, such as recommending a transm diagnosing a problem. The vehicle was looked at quickly. James has great customer service. He greeted me when I came to the counter. There was just a small issue with my part that was recalled wasn’t put on correctly. Could I bring it back in? Actually he offered for him or someone from the dealership to pick up the vehicle for me, which was really really convenient. I really love that and also my tank was full and they brought the vehicle back so I would definitely be bringing my car there if I have any issues thank you. More
