The amenities are fine, but the wait times are far too long for basic services (oil change etc). In addition, pricing has really gotten out of hand. Prices have increased by 50 percent on transmission f long for basic services (oil change etc). In addition, pricing has really gotten out of hand. Prices have increased by 50 percent on transmission fluid services in 2 years ($150 higher). Thats crazy! I am happy to pay a small premium to have work done at a dealer, but we are now far past a small premium especially when it takes 3-4 hours for basic service with an appointment. Pricing being this far out of line means I will not be back for service. Dealers charge more than independents for the same parts (even though they are the oem) and labor rates are higher than appropriate. Ive had every service done at this dealership over the last 7 years and 100k miles; however, this will be my last one. You have priced yourselves out of a customer. More
