Nick was great as mentioned and went above and beyond, when other dealerships ignored my complaint to the point I almost traded my 1.5 year old Yukon Denali in for a Ford Lincoln because the customer serv when other dealerships ignored my complaint to the point I almost traded my 1.5 year old Yukon Denali in for a Ford Lincoln because the customer service was awful until I met with Nick! I'm telling you if other employees could be more like him and offer the support and listening to the customer like he did. GMC would have a five star rating for sure! Nick Ross, he went above and beyond like no one else has and helped me until a solution was reached. People like him is what keeps customers coming back. If you can get others to follow his lead, GMC would be doing a much better job!

It was fine. I understand it's standard practice at a dealership to upsell, so I consulted my owners manual before I came to the dealership.
