Quality of service I did not purchase my vehicle from Jim Ellis but have taken it to the mall of ga store from day one. The first few visits were great. Now the the warr I did not purchase my vehicle from Jim Ellis but have taken it to the mall of ga store from day one. The first few visits were great. Now the the warranty is out and the work seems to get sloppier. They don't wash the vehicle any more the windshield has oil prints all over from removing the service sticker. For a $120 oil change the vehicle should come back clean. Just my thoughts it seam to me they are more concerned about selling additional service work then doing the work it is in there for correctly. More
