No appointment - last minute help needed- Saturday- I needed my truck checked because it seemed to be skipping/missing a little. Pleasant, helpful personnel but a credit miscommunication James the service manager was very good at explaining the work they were recommending. As far as I know the work done will be good. Waiting accommodations are very nice with beverages and snacks. My only complaint was at checkout. I had received a card recently showing I had a $25 service credit. When they pulled my info up online they said I had none. Part of the reason I drove 25 miles for service was this credit. I have always been happy here in the past with the work and the personnel. So while this is frustrating in the bigger scheme of things it is no big deal. More
