Very friendly. I had to get a new lug lock. Mine was left there the last time I had my oil changed. My car was in an accident and they had to drill the lug lock off I had to get a new lug lock. Mine was left there the last time I had my oil changed. My car was in an accident and they had to drill the lug lock off to remove the wheel. Jim Ellis removed the other locks and put on a new set that has a key. I will for sure make sure I have the key after every oil change. Funny thing, I didn’t even know I didn’t have it. Kaleb was awesome in making it happen and was very apologetic about the key not being replaced to start with. More

Jim Ellis GMC Buick has a Master Mechanic or Shop Forman onsite that can service my car. I made an appointment and was informed the service would be complete within the hour. During his preliminary inspection, he discovered an issue with my tires and alignment. He explained to me very professionally, what my options were and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Due to his actions I not only had my car serviced, oil changed, an alignment and purchased 4 new tires. More
