Two, same day appointments. One good, the other bad. I was in for routine maintenance which went great. However, I have dealer/vendor upgrades and was having a wheel repaired. Vendor never showed up! Always great! Normally in the past I have not visited dealerships for follow-up service. When I bought my truck back in April, I had a great experience with Mike Ha Normally in the past I have not visited dealerships for follow-up service. When I bought my truck back in April, I had a great experience with Mike Hatcher. I was offered to free oral changes with the purchase of the vehicle so I decided to give them a try when my first oil change came up. It was such an easy process and all of the employees were easy to work with. I actually really enjoyed the waiting room area that has some leather chairs that recline so you can just lay back and hang out while the service is being done. I will continue to come back here as long as the service stays at this level. More
