Overall Poor Service This dealership service department as usual is slow to respond for any routine service or repair. They fail to realize that as a paying customer our time is important and follow up is key. If I make an appointment for a previously discussed repair that has already been reviewed by their technician I would expect some sort of followup soon rather than later. I dropped my car off at 8:45am. And didnt hear from those guys until 12pm and that's because I called. Just to find out that my car hadn't been taken back for service...how??? Ridiculous service and this is the norm. It generally takes 2 to 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. No worries, I won't be back. Faulty repairs and slow service for the 4 repairs I've had is the reason why. Not to add the questionable shuttle service and the poor follow up. Customer service really sucks because you have to force communication. Comfy waiting room though. More

The Customer Service area was clean and inviting while I waited with snacks and WiFi. David returned at once point and explained how they were addressing the sound issue and advised that my vehicle would be ready in about 30 minutes. When the car was brought around it had been cleaned inside and out and the issue appears to have been fixed! More
