No one ever called to say vehicle is ready. I specifically said I needed the vehicle the evening before and he said he would call, ever called. Show up to pick truck up and front tires inflated to 70 lbs , rear to 55. Rotated tires but didn't inflate properly. Get in car and the drivers seat was covered in plastic but passenger seat where tech probably leaned in to get the tire lock had grease all over it in several parts of the seat where he was obviously leaning in get look for the wheel lock. More
Had appt at 7:30. Spoke with Tom twice before noon. At early afternoon up until 5:30 -6:00 I called with promise that someone would call me back. No return calls. A part needed was ordered but I haven't heard from anyone yet to let me know if they ever received needed part. More

The Quality of Service has diminished tremendously. 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. Misguiding customers, talking down to other Jim Ellis Team members, and just is not engaged with any empathy for the customer. Just had a terrible experience and when I came back to discuss the issues. Instead of taking time to review my last service a couple of days ago, Tom decided to guess at all the work that was completed and was totally wrong. Everything he was saying I. Was telling the other Jim Ellis team member, that is not correct. The look I got from Tom was not good. If he only taken my phone number and reviewed my file. This is how far Jim Ellis service department has diminished. After speaking with the Service Manager, Nick Rose, it really gave me hope that there is a person in leadership that get it.
