Their service is fine too but the same as before and also didn’t see much of Great service! I own Toyota SUV too and just went to their dealership. Their service is fine too but the same as before and also didn’t see much of change under this COVID pandemic in terms of hygiene. At Jim Ellis Mazda Hygiene level was better and communication with customer about the progress of service was definitely something I had never experienced. Great work. More

Doug was amazing! I came to Jim Ellis very upset after another repair shop “fixed” my brakes by replacing rotars, pads etc. but failing to mention that I also needed an ABS control module! I found this o another repair shop “fixed” my brakes by replacing rotars, pads etc. but failing to mention that I also needed an ABS control module! I found this out when I almost wrecked because the brake pedal went to the floor. Doug listened to my frustrations, explained the needed repairs in layman’s language, and assisted me very efficiently. When the vehicle was fully repaired, Doug took me for a test drive so that I felt comfortable that my brakes “felt right” and were finally safe. He went above and beyond with his customer care.
