At the dealership I saw that all safety precautions were being taken with the temperature checks as well as the vehicle interior coverings. We had an outstanding purchase experience at Jim Ellis Mazda! Our sales consultant Jazi was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She made the whole process as easy, pleasant and efficient as possible. She's the best! And similarly, the finance manager Miguel was informative and helpful without being pushy. No hard sell here, we were treated with respect from start to finish. After a long (hot) day, Jazi still was engaging and very patient as she synced our phones with the Infotainment System and reviewed the controls before we drove away in our new CX-5 Grand Touring. We basically knew going in that this was the vehicle we wanted but Jazi, Miguel and Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta made the whole buying process as straight-forward (no games including with pricing or add-ons), enjoyable and efficient as possible.
