This was the first place I tested the Mazda CX-5. I went to a couple of other places to check out pricing and what they had available, but in the end Jim Ellis won. And, the thing that set them apart (thank to a couple of other places to check out pricing and what they had available, but in the end Jim Ellis won. And, the thing that set them apart (thanks to Feroze, the salesperson I worked with) was absolutely customer service. We got to a fair price, yes. But there are dealerships I visited that couldn’t have paid me to do business with them. The bottom line is that customers should feel valued and appreciated. I felt that way at Jim Ellis Mazda. Feroze also explained a lot of the details and features of the vehicle to me during the test drive. I tested it out at two other places and never heard some of the things he showed me elsewhere. I can say my customer experience was unrivaled at Jim Ellis. This means a lot to me as a woman who was negotiating her first car deal. Last time I needed a new car, I gave up and delegated the task to my dad! Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary this time. More

Things got a little rocky with the finance department, the manager we dealt with was new and the numbers kept changing which we were not happy with but the next day we met with Mr Rosario who made it right and even got us an extended warranty for a negligible difference in our car payment.
