He was kind, knowledgeable and put NO PRESSURE on us to buy a car. He was extremely nice and we enjoyed discussing our past military histories. Mike is a real asset to the dealership--too bad all car sales people aren't as kind and understanding to the customer. We give Mike 10 STARS for ratings. He even held the leash when I wanted to sit in the car. I had been looking online at Mazda CX-5 for quite a while, but had never had a look inside.
