Recall? Not likely. I was told that I had a recall. When I dropped off the car I experienced personal service. An hour later I was called and had a long list of repairs. I was told that my car would be available in a few hours. The problem was originally I was told my recall would be a few days to address. I feel like I was not helped. I will think twice next time I look to service my vehicle at Jim Ellis. More

I'm really loving my (seems like brand new but it's used) CX-5. The process was as easy as it could be, and everyone we had come in contact with was honest and up-front about everything; unlike the several dealerships we visited in the 2 weeks prior. My husband wanted to get the car to a mechanic before buying because our last used car ended up having many issues, and they were more than happy to accommodate! This says a lot about the dealership and how they don't have anything to hide. Something else that made the process phenomenal was our sales associate, Elijah! He was fantastic and made everything as smooth as possible for us. He has a great personality and is hard working, and we felt very confident in our decision to buy. This is my 3rd Mazda, and we will no doubt be back to this location when we're ready to buy another one! More
