I pulled into the service area to drop off my car the night before my service appointment. A young man greeted me and took my key and information. I was asked to wait in the customer waiting room. For what? You had all my information. Then Terrance asked me to come back to the service desk only to reconfirm what I had already told the person on the phone when I made the appointment and the young man that greeted me. His questions took less than a minute. This process took 10 minutes longer than it should have. Then when I picked up my car the whole process started over again. There were plenty of service people, both times, sitting in the service area. The people were friendly but the service process really needs improvement. More
