The work took 7 days because they are facing the same problems as other businesses, a staff shortage. However, they were very open and straight forward in the process. Our mechanic did a video walk around of the car explaining what needed to be done. We agreed and the work was completed. Our service advisor Maron kept us in the loop. They also washed the car, a nice touch! More

Chase was the BEST! I insisted on a 2022 white Mazda CX 5 2.5 Turbo and despite none being in stock the 2 months before I finally bought it, Chase kept an eye out and ma I insisted on a 2022 white Mazda CX 5 2.5 Turbo and despite none being in stock the 2 months before I finally bought it, Chase kept an eye out and made sure to keep me updated and informed the entire time on when a white one might come in stock and where it was when it finally shipped. Chase was patient, helpful and thorough, making sure I got what I wanted in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable of the car, and explained what I needed to know before I drove off the lot.
