We had actually been working with Stephen for about a month before finalizing our purchase at Beverly Hills Lexus. However, our experience with your used car manager was notably different. While we understand that trade-in valuations can vary, receiving an offer that was fifty percent lower than other appraisals felt not only like an extreme low-ball but was also quite insulting. It certainly didn't make us feel like valued customers. It was only due to Stephen's professionalism, rapport, and the goodwill he established with us over several weeks that we didn't walk out of Beverly Hills Lexus. The bottom line is this: if your used car manager isn't interested in acquiring a trade-in vehicle, they should simply say so. There's no need to insult customers. As a final comment, our initial ranking for Beverly Hills Lexus was 3-Stars (Average). After considering Stephen's exceptional performance, we improved the rating to 4-Stars (Good). More

Everyone was friendly, but I did not get the best deal and things were ultimately left out of the deal that were promised. We had every intention on leasing a new vehicle with this dealership. Our second one. there However, the process was beyond difficult and a total waste of my valuable time. Total lack of communication between the three sales people. I had a confirmed date to pick up the new vehicle which required planning since I was coming from a far distance on a work day. Never heard back to confirm. We decided to return to our local BMW dealer where we bought/leased seven prior vehicles. We’ll never return to Jim Falk or buy a Lexus ever again.
