I've been calling every day for over 4 weeks, leaving messages, promised phone calls back, being lied to that paperwork was submitted only to find out it never was weeks later. Once they get your money, they will say and do anything to get you off the phone. Never met a group of lazier people. What ever happened to customer service. Wrote and called Lexus Corporate, they say they can't do anything. Get a hold of your dealership LEXUS, this is INSANE!!! The only person I worked with that actually has helped me, Tyler Burzynski. John/Yohan Kim, BIANCA WHITE, Angad Chhina, Bill Phelps(GM)....Don't even waste your time, just ask for someone else More

1st time buyer Sales process was ok. Hard selling tactics. Paperwork was ok. However, the Finance Dept was terrible. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unfriendly Fin Sales process was ok. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unfriendly Finance person who tried switching the original agreed upon deal 4 different times throughout the closing /signing process.
