I've been calling every day for over 4 weeks, leaving messages, promised phone calls back, being lied to that paperwork was submitted only to find out it never was weeks later. Once they get your money, they will say and do anything to get you off the phone. Never met a group of lazier people. What ever happened to customer service. Wrote and called Lexus Corporate, they say they can't do anything. Get a hold of your dealership LEXUS, this is INSANE!!! The only person I worked with that actually has helped me, Tyler Burzynski.
