Han and Steve were extremely patience and attentive to what we are looking for. They didn't even rush us even though we came in before they close. We weren't sure at first, with the first choice of our RX 350, and they offer us to make sure we are happy with what we want, by letting us inspect the car thoroughly. Brought the car from the lot through their detail center. We ended up taking a newer car of the RX 350. And guess what, they are certified. They really keep their negotiating simple, no haggling. And their price is fairly competitive. Not like other dealership that we went prior was such a nightmare. Paperwork was also a breeze and they explain everything in details.
