Still working on the issue after 10 months While some things have been resolved after 10 months of I'm not sure what was going on in the mechanics side of things, I'm still dealing with faulty While some things have been resolved after 10 months of I'm not sure what was going on in the mechanics side of things, I'm still dealing with faulty air conditioning. So many things have been replaced costing me over $2000, yet the air conditioning is still not operating properly. That said, Sean the customer service rep could not have been nicer. He was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I wish I could give him the $1500 I paid for the brake job, and the $800 I paid for new tires and alignment. :) And although I said I would NOT recommend this service center, I only say that because my issue has not been resolved after many appointments and $2000 later. That said, the customer service has always been top notch. So they have that going for them...which is nice. :) More
