**UPDATE: Ryan with Jim Glover reached out after he saw my post and he made everything right. He went above and beyond to correct the problem and made sure we were happy. His help and genuine concern made us feel differently. We will probably consider Jim Glover again for another purchase. Original Post: I bought a car January 2021 and was told it would be detailed with a focus on a few spots on the headliner and a minor repair would be made. When I took it in for a minor repair plus the detail they didn't clean it at all or even take the stickers off! When I pulled up to get it, my sales guy was removing the stickers for me. I had to schedule another trip out there and they told us they no longer have a detail crew. They contract it out and they do a bad job (per Jim Glovers employees). So instead of a full detail they will only wash the outside in an automatic car wash and do spot clean on the headliner. Be warned, this is NOT the same dealership it used to be! You can buy a brand new or used car but DO NOT expect it to be cleaned properly. We have bought several cars from them and sent numerous people there but NOT anymore. I will go to OKC to buy a car before I purchase from Jim Glover. Not a family dealership with family type treatment! More
