Before making my second Lexus purchase I checked with other regional Lexus dealerships in Charlotte and Greenville and was very disappointed in in their "customer service", which was terrible. I was looking for a specific Lexus and was willing to wait until JIm Hudson had what I wanted. I live 2 1/2 hours away, but Jim Hudson dealership and Juan in particular made it worth the drive. Only place I would look for #3!! More
